7 foreign warships arrived in Qingdao for "Sea Cooperation--2014"

A frigate from Singapore is entering a naval port in Qingdao China on April 20, 2014. It will take part in a multinational maritime joint operation on April 24.(Chinamil.com.cn/Chen Jie.)


  QINGDAO, April 20 (ChinaMil) --7 foreign warships entered a naval port separately in Qingdao, China on April 20, 2014. The 7 warships are from 7 countries, among which, 5 frigates from Bangladesh, Malaysia, Singapore, Pakistan and India, a patrol boat from Brunei and an amphibious dock landing ships from Indonesia.

  It is said that a multinational maritime joint operation "Sea Cooperation--2014" will be held 2 days later and all the foreign warships will take part in the joint operation.

  According to the plan, after the multinational maritime joint operation, the foreign warships may leave Qingdao directly or return to Qingdao for rest.
